Your layover in Panama must be at least 7 hours between flights for the 5 hours tour, 9 hours between flights for the 7 hours tour.

Travelers coming from Brazil will also need the International Vaccination Certificate against Yellow Fever in order to be able to leave the airport during a layover in Panama.
